Hey all. Need some advice/opinions. I've got a 2000 Focus SE and this morning it started to give me some major objections to accelerating. The engine bucks and the speedometer jumps around wildly. Only on acceleration, though. It's a manual transmission (love stick shifts) and when in neutral, if I step on the gas, the radio gets louder. All in all, very bizarre and troublesome. I've got plans to take it in to the mechanic tomorrow, but I'd like some ideas/thoughts as to what COULD be wrong.
When I reach cruising speed or sitting in neutral, it seems to run fine.
