I have a 2002 Crown Victoria and when I got it, it had a clicking noise and was told it might be the timing chain I drove it on the highway about 400km and then put gas in it ( there is no gas cap) and then drove over a very bumpy road for about 5 mins and then all of a sudden the car just shut off the batter light came on all the music and everythin was still working but it had armstrong stearing and when we tried to boost it it still would not get enough juice into the battery to boost and when we tried a different battery it still would not boost. This car was previously used as a police car and then used as a taxi. No other warning lights come on at all only the battery light and the battery will not get to enough juice to turn over. It makes a vroom vroom then click sound when I try to start it but it will not turn over. Can someone please maybe point me in the right direction.
