well, I got sick of the rat race, called it good after 20 years and told the auto repair industry to KMA.

I'm a full time ranch hand at the moment... learning more than I never wanted to know about Class 1 three points and live PTO's...

Car would turn over but wouldn't start changed the fuel filter still no gas coming out of fuel line. Changed the fuel pump car started right away. Every other day I would start the car and let it run for a half hour. One day forgot it was run till I hear the cooling fan kick on. Put it back on the road drove it 98 miles back forth to work running grate. its in awesome condition. New alternator, battery, tires, brakes, etc.

Anyways about 6 months ago his wife was driving it home when the engine died out on it, just shut down and that was it, will not even turn over nothing. Lights come on thats it.

I never owned a ford so i do not know the setup on these cars, any suggestions on what could have caused it?

the p1797 code i found to be a Neutral Switch Circuit Malfunction. i have no clue what this means. i have driven auto. all my life and this is my first car. any help to solve these problems would be greatley appricated.

it had a small accident and now there is no power to the pump
