stall,backfire and lose power.... it wont stay running. It has to fully cool down to run well again only to start up again. It must sit for hours sometimes for

			<title><![CDATA[ 02 winstar heater problem ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ When i turned the heater on for the first time this fall, i heard a flapping noise about once per second. After about 3 or 4 minutes it will stop making a
noise but the heat never comes on. i checked vaccum on the actuator on the passenger side of the car. it is ok and the actuator works when i change to heat.
There must be another movable baffel inside that i can not see that is making the noise. sounds like it is near the center of the car.
